1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

✔ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Products that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental breakage are not eligible for returns.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Securely pack and ship the item to the return address provided.
4️⃣ Processing Time – After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a faulty product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong Item Received – If we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item.
Order Cancellation – You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed.

🔹 Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
🔹 Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.


4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds or returns, including:

  • For change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
