2.2 Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days)

- Available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout).

3. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over £50.
- Orders below £50 will incur a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
- Express shipping costs vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping
Currently, IGLIM only ships within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@iglim.xyz for special arrangements.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.
If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours after shipment, please reach out to us for assistance.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur. If your order is:

- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
- If the courier makes multiple delivery attempts and the package is not collected, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
